download selected file and extract file to any destination.
Connect Harddrive to computer, and open up Xport360 or Xplorer360.
Select Harddrive, and then go to "Partition 3".
From Partition 3 go to the 0000000000000000 folder.

DEPENDING ON WHETHER THE THEME IS A (PREMIUM THEME) OR (CUSTOM) you will need to either drag the selected folder to the destination(s).

IMPORTANT! If you do not have the FFFE07D1 folder inside of the 00000000000000 Folder, go ahead and create it.
To do this right click inside of the0000000000000 folder and click "Add New Folder". After that Rename the folder to FFFE07D1.
Once the FFFE07D1 folder has been created make a New Folder INSIDE of that one, and name it 00030000
Now drag the Extracted File into the 00030000 Folder and your set, go try out the theme!
